Colin Taylor

Colin has been an educator for most of his adult life.  He was a high school teacher, high school assistant principal, high school principal, and school district superintendent.  Throughout his career in school administration it has proved evident that quality teachers are the single most important factor that impacts student learning.

Quality teachers in the critical need areas of math, science, special education, and bilingual have been in short supply for decades and this shortage continues to the point of critical.

There simply aren’t enough new teachers entering our profession to meet the demand.  In a response to this critical need, Colin founded Presidio Teach in 2014 and has successfully placed over 60 teachers throughout the United States.

Raghuram Nouduri

Ram completed his education with a Bachelor’s in Commerce, Bachelor’s in Law, and a Master’s in Business Administration.  He is a seasoned specialist in the recruitment industry and has worked with numerous industries including engineering, technology, power, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, construction, and logistics across all verticals.

He is proud to have been a groundbreaker as the first Indian recruiter specializing in the recruitment of teachers for U.S. public schools since 2002.  He has an abundant knowledge in talent acquisition and has successfully sourced teachers in the critical needs areas of special education, mathematics, science, language arts, and elementary education.

He has successfully recruited teachers with other partnering organizations across the U.S. including within the states of New York, New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, Arizona, and New Mexico.

Presidio Teach was founded in 2014 for the purpose of recruiting international teachers in hard-to-fill positions for the critical need content areas of elementary education, mathematics, science, bilingual, and special education.  Our driving focus is to provide the highest quality teachers for urban, suburban, and rural districts alike.

Presidio Teach is committed to offering the best possible service to our partner school districts as well as our teachers.  We work enthusiastically with teachers from across the world who are looking to teach in the United States, Asia, Middle East & Africa.

We conduct a stringent vetting process whereby we ensure to provide districts with candidates that will meet the standards and expectations of their host schools.
